ABOUT OUR ICE CREAM
Back in 1978, we opened a small neighborhood ice cream parlor—just a local spot where families could come together for a sweet treat. As time went on, we began introducing Caribbean flavors like coconut, mango, and soursop, and that’s when things really changed. Customers couldn’t find those flavors anywhere else, and soon our little shop became known for bringing the true taste of the islands to the community.
What started as a neighborhood parlor grew into something much bigger. By listening to what our customers loved most, we expanded from scoops behind the counter to wholesale production and distribution, all while keeping the same care and authenticity in every batch.
